About Me
Hello! My name is Nancy Churvis. I am thrilled to be teaching your child this year. This is my second year at Schilling Farms. I have taught in Shelby County for almost four years, and in Rutherford County for 11 years. I received my undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University in History, my Masters Degree in Education from MTSU and am certified in Elementary and in Special Ed. This summer I earned the qualifications to teach APEX Language Arts. I am originally from Chicago but have spent many years in Tennessee before my husband was offered a job in England. We lived in northern England for over five years before returning to the states. I have two children, three crazy cats, an even crazier dog and a very patient husband. I am looking forward to this year. See you soon!
